► Meet Robb Sikes

With over 30 years of financial, management, accounting, human services, and academic experience, Robb is a solid strategic partner in real estate! Robb has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2014 and became a Designated Broker in 2019. He has been a Certified Instructor with the Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE) since 2016, teaching pre-licensing and continuing education courses.

Robb has served on the Board of Directors for the Tucson Association of REALTORS® (TAR) and has been an active member of the Arizona Association of REALTORS® (AAR) Forms Review Group since 2018. He holds the At Home With Diversity® (AHWD) certification and the Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) endorsement from the National Association of REALTORS®.

Prior to real estate, Robb spent many years in financial services, nonprofit management, and higher education administration. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and has taught business and finance courses at the college level.

Robb is passionate about education, client advocacy, and community involvement. He believes that an informed client is an empowered client, and he works tirelessly to ensure every transaction is as smooth and transparent as possible.
